The movie was incredibly tense before, I mean I was literally sitting on the edge of my seat. as far as i can remember, the destruction of the comm towers didnt cause anything. Then introduce a fucking slasher element tp the movie which does the except opposite of what they probably wanted to achieve. Gives me shivers.
