This is one of the best bad films I've ever seen.
Thankfully, Hannon's wig returns, becoming a sort of character in itself. If the dialogue weren't wretched enough, thankfully, the acting can only be described as semi-sentient fungus level. With Robert Z'Dar, Mathew Karedas, Janis Farley, Mark Frazer. very funny, does not take itself seriously so can watch without worrying about losing to plot.
The police find themselves outgunned and out-sword-ed by Fujiyama's infamous Katana gang. So bad it's entertaining as has a slightly endearing quality to it. Modest budget, hilariously terrible dialogue, and some decent action, this movie has a lot to offer.

If god-awful movies are your thing, then you simply cannot pass this movie up.
