It is a great example of how the people are unaware of how drastic the change from war to reality can be, and how it is an emergency because veterans are committing suicide at increasing numbers. I don't know everything about PTSD but from what I know, Jason Hall which was the writer and director executed it with perfection, nailing the mental disorder and the actors that portrays the veteran soldiers does a believable and fantastic job.
