I felt my resume was always going out and there was consideration put into what kinds of firms and locations I wanted to concentrate on. And that is really valuable, because you get so many calls and so many emails as an attorney at a large law firm about this stuff. [You have] all the resources and connections that are required to put you into the circle of firms that I would expect to be shopped to. The responsiveness, whether it was by email or by phone call. There were things you would send to me that another recruiter would send to me two weeks later. He found me the opportunity I wanted.

It was also helpful to me that we did some on the phone interview practice and counseling.
