I stood there for over two minutes while your 2 staff were busy preparing coffee and sandwiches while chatting with regular customers.
"I've only been here once so I can't speak for the entire staff but the customer service was very uncomfortable. The iced coffee is incredible--refreshing and so smooth and easy on the taste buds. We offer menu favorites, exciting new additions and daily specials. Staff, friendly and helpful. Housemade tortilla chips with black beans, cheddar & pepper jack cheeses, tomatoes, jalapeños, red onions, sour cream and cilantro. Wasn't too fond of that.Great place for coffee. I thought the burritos were made in house, but then I found out they're frozen. I definitely recommend checking this place out for breakfast or lunch!Staff is truly sincere and hardworking. The juice was good, I will definitely be returning so I can have a more wholesome review on multiple experiences. Starters. Pictured below is a green eggs and ham breakfast sandwich. ( makes your coffee stronger as it melts) Fantastic food!, a cold brew, and a hot latte - all three were excellent. I recommend the Berkeley Blend. I visit Big River Coffee FEA Times a week since I work near by. The girls behind the counter work very hard, and are always friendly. The staff are always very accommodating and friendly.

Hospitality and customer service is at a high and the environment is very relaxed and soothing. I will definitely be going back. I now have a great quick breakfast stop on the way home.Good food, good coffee, beautiful baristas, interesting and comfy decorHow this gets good reviews is beyond me, especially in Sonoma county where I would expect more discriminating tastes. I chose to get it on a cheese bagel (they were out of the pesto bagels). They have recently remodeled the whole shop which is now extremely clean, welcoming, and modern. Big River Grille & Brewing Works is a family-friendly microbrewery and restaurant that serves award-winning brews and favorite American pub grub.

in 1993, Big River Grill has become a landmark and destination for many who travel throughout the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area as well as for “locals” from Portland and Vancouver to Hood River and The Dalles. They even make their own salads, which are amazing as well. Our original location in Chattanooga, Tennessee is located in a historic trolley barn, just steps away from Ross's Landing. Great service, great coffee/food, and the shop is newly remodeled. The atmosphere was great, with comfy chairs, cute tables, and a that is separated from where they actually make the coffee. I tend to seek out these hidden gems for the experience, to support local and hopefully get a great latte.
