So it's bums out and toes in. its the little details that made our short stay so sweet!! the cleaning lady was just wonderful even though we couldn't speak greek to her she was just lovely!

Set on the edge of a cliff, in a knock down scenic location with views of the Blue Flag awarded beaches of Platis and Makris Gialos, the White Rocks is found in the ionian island of Kefalonia. Rooms feature private bathrooms with a bathtub and/or separate shower cubicle, tropical rain shower and/or Jacuzzi tub.

Plenty of room with an area to sit outside and a grass area with Loungers to sun bath if you wanted.

Second, was a matter which may not bother some, but did bother us. Worth noting if walking with young children. Toiletries, beach towels and a hairdryer is also available.

There are so many better places to stay in Kefalonia, steer clear of this pretentious hotel. Important at meal times if it’s raining and/or dark. We choose to stay at one of the bungalows which had fantastic views. Try to view a plan of the resort to decide which bungalow fits your needs. It was a fair walk from the main hotel but close to the beach and pool.

Directly below the balconies of all rooms in the main body of the building is a bar/terrace complex. White Rocks Hotel Kefalonia offers a wide choice of rooms surrounded by lush gardens.

If you engaged with them, they were happy to have a short natter, but would not intrude if you chose not to go beyond the formalities. The hotel however is geared towards package holiday travellers and therefore the managements behaviour is not responsive and they don't cater for independent travellers used to 4/5 star service and generally dismissive of any complaints !
