After speaking with the representative I was told that I would not have to pay the deductible less than 24 hours later I was contacted by someone within their office is sitting that I would have to pay the deductible asked to speak to a supervisor and was not provided my request. Either Hazel is lying or the web designer is lying. Hazel at customer service says no the contract says 3 to 5 days. This is really zero stars. So if you want to contract them to get a new phone when it's been robbed, DONT, because this is another robbery!
